At BellaBeLuxe, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

BellaBeLuxe is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages that require reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to our support team for assistance.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of personal fragrance and cosmetic products, all sales are generally considered final.

However, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unopened.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The product is received in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened fragrance oils
  • Used products
  • Custom orders
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, processing, packaging, and inventory management costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BellaBeLuxe is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy outlined above.
